Janatics FRLM series, is a set of pneumatic air preparation elements Filter, Regulator and Lubricator are joined together using accessories to mount them compactly. The filter removes contaminants. The Regulator maintains consistent pressure levels. The Lubricator adds oil into the air stream for lubrication. This reduces piping, savings space and enables easy maintenance.
In the Standard Modular Assembly two sets of piping adaptor assembly used at the ends for connecting input and output. These modular accessories are used to connect any variable type in the Filter (Variable Micron), Regulator (Variable Set Pressure) and Lubricator Model. This enables the customer to connect as per his requirement for the pneumatic line.
Either Spacer Assembly or Wall Mounting Bracket Assembly can be fitted in between the FRL Unit as per option. The end piping adaptors can be connected with the tube for connecting the input and output air. The filter, Regulator or lubricator can be removed for servicing without disturbing the pipeline by loosening the Spacer Assembly / Wall Mounting Bracket Assembly easily. This reduces the Maintenance Time.
Mounting: FRLM can be mounted in line using the IN / OUT ports. Wall Mounting Bracket Provided can be used for wall Mounting.
