Lubricator

Janatics Lubricator is mixing the oil into the compressed air stream for the use in the pneumatic elements. This lubrication is required to improve life, performance and reduce wear. Compressed air passes through the inlet is mixed with oil as Fog/Mist which comes through the outlet.

For controlling the oil, a needle arrangement is fitted on the housing. By adjusting the needle, the oil drop is controlled which can be visually seen by the transparent oil drop indicator mounted on the top. For filling the oil, a plugged threaded port provided on the housing.

Recommended oil: SERVO SYSTEM 32 (or) an equivalent with Viscous Grade 32.
